Hi and welcome, I am so glad you are here.

I am UgnÄ—, trained birth doula and mama to three beautiful children. I serve families in Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and Falkirk areas.

Every family has different choices and needs surrounding birth. I am here to walk with you and suport your decisions unconditionally. No matter how it unfolds birth is profoundly sacred experience. As your doula I will be with you during this transformative and very special journey of your life. I will not tell you what to do because you are an expert of your body and you know the best what is right for you. Except I will offer my non judgmental emotional and physical support, and calm presence before, during and right after the birth.

Birth is not only a physiological act but it’s all changing emotional experience and identity shift. Having continuous support is crucial in this time.​​
